Read the intro. Book sets itself up as guide to integrate the spiritual path of zen to the workplace. Given that I am a strong believer in keeping work separate from my personal (and what passes for spiritual) life, this may be a bit of a challenge. But I know some of the ideas of mindfulness and awareness can help at work, so we shall see.
