I had to laugh when I read this sentence - no one knows more about the dating scene than people who lived in DC during their dating years. 😂

Wise advice. Not currently looking for a new job, but my dad says this all the time.

"he hopes she hadn't decided to take a walk. It was dangerous for a woman to walk around alone at night, especially someone who didn't know the city in its notorious areas. How many crimes had he investigated that involves women walking alone at night? Plenty."

Eek! I would often walk home alone at 11pm after a concert in DC. 😲😬🫠
