I had such high hopes for this book 😭

I'm still so angry at how she decided to depict their relationship aaaaaaa I'm forcing myself to finish this and I'm so disappointed

It seems Elizabeth only knows the words "I don't know". For the love of God, this book is being a drag, I can't believe how badly Gregory fumbled her story... I mean it can't be easy having her mother conspiring against her, but C'MON she's not a little helpless girl she WOULD know, she WOULD know her mother especially and she WOULD protect her son's interests. This is ridiculous.
