Provide task objective, not detailed how to steps- what if people crave detailed how to steps?? When do I give too much detail? Sometimes certain steps need to be done when it is a process- I.e email list in cosmos it when ideas need to be generated give people freedom

Macro manage to provide a workplace that offers autonomy. Managers need help to feel comfortable to delegate large amounts of work to employees (it is good if managers do that, this way employees will feel challenged and independent at work)
