Always interesting to read mystery even if it's not the favorite genre. The contrast in style between Baldacci and Mosley is stark. Walt uses the humanitarian approach with characters blending family, friendship and loyalty. Baldacci uses the hard core, balls the wall style and machine gun pacing. Fun stuff

Baldacci slows the pace with a dab of back story and demonstration of Pines macho side. This has to be the first series I've read with a bad ass, weight lifting female FBI agent.. Nary a smile or chuckle anywhere
