Page might be wrong, I think I'm on chapter 24? I'm really enjoying the unique thought expressions and character dealing with the past events. It's so human. The tone is reminding me a bit of Forest of Hands and Teeth ,as well as The Girl with the Glass Feet. I can't tell if that's the atmosphere, or something else.

I am enjoying the deft handling of subject matter with story. Nothing feels forced.
