the plot is turning into something Alex Jones would come up with(in a good way) but it still doesnt grip me, mankind has this natural paranoia about stuff that seems absent in this world

having to suspend my disbelief a lot to accept the worldbuilding but, i am liking it a lot and the illustrations are adorable.
