im done with chapter 2 of the outsiders, johnny and pony boy sneak into the theater with dally and they come across two socs girls, cherry and marcia. Dally begins bothering them then johnny unexpectedly stands up for them. Then the girls invite both johnny and ponyboy to watch the movie with them.

Ponyboy also introduces some of his gang members such as Johnny and dally. He also shares his experiences with the socs and the violence that ponyboy always experiences growing up
