Started sweating soon as the writing style changed. Now I'm worried. Rebecca had a way of being lush. Wordy, yes, but beautiful and exaggerated in a way that didn't always give me second hand embarrassment.

Now everyone is a little too laid back! I'll see how this progresses.

I really wonder if Lannon's fate. It's insane to see in detail his timeline of horrible things. This study really is super focused on history and timeline of events, which is probably why people find it boring and I have to agree.

But considering I loved and remembered many details of the first book, learning more of this world and the characters is surprisingly easy to ingest.

Cartier's sister. I wasn't expecting it to be as torturous as it happened. Not incredibly violent but shocking all things considered.

ALRIGHT LETS DO DIS!

First off, I’m going to assume Tomas is important to Cartier’s past. That’s for sure. Lost brother? Cousin? Actual Morgane heir?

*sees letters* Or maybe Cartiers dad cheated on his mom and now he has a half brother. Idk
