Almost to the end!!! This is unlike any book I have every read in my life! It's amazing what great literature can do. What you can experience! I'm blown away...

"Everything comes at the right time to him who knows how to wait...It's not hard to take a fortress, it's hard to win a campaign. And for that there's no need to storm and attack, there's need for patience and time."
I'm on page 744 and came across this passage, such wisdom! As I continue reading War & Peace, I will try to share the most sagacious of lines and passages from this journey of reading it's pages.

So brilliant, so immaculate. The battle scenes are unlike anything I have read in literature, they are living, breathing pages. Sharing the wise words of Pierre on page 348. "We can know only that we know nothing. And that is the highest degree of human wisdom."
