Is this book good? Is it helpful? I'm curious because I wanted to minor in psychology and I am taking a class in it this year.

I'm reading it right now! Yes, I am enjoying it very much. My professor assigned it for supplemental reading because he was mentored by one of the authors of the textbook. It's very easy to read, and the concepts are well-organized and explained well.
