I am enjoying John Burroughs style of writing in ways I didn’t expect. Each essay makes you feel like you are sitting with the warm sun on your face, a sound of nature in your ears and the scent of flowers and trees in your soul. Reading his love and appreciation of nature in such an inviting prose is wonderful way to spend the afternoon. I will definitely read more of his work.
