There’s a typo in the footnote on page 285. Profoundly annoys me.

Developed into more case studies now reiterating the same point. While somewhat interesting the new for him to pound away at the same point with various different historical points is annoying and unnecessary in my opinion.

Note - look into "Truth Default Theory" by Timothy Levine.

Various historical cases to illustrate how poor people can be at assessing the intent and intricacies of other individuals. Utilizing Chamberlains blunder prior to WW2 was a good choice.

Two things to do are:
(1) Look into Emily Pronin's work on "Illusion of Asymptomatic Insight"
(2) Read Sendhil Mullainathan's paper regarding usage of AI to analyze Judge decisions during bail hearings.
