Halfway in. 596/1034, according to iBooks. I had my doubts, considering the variation between author and title character. How old is Tom Wolfe, anyhow? I've been reading him since the 70s, and I like his style. There's a bit of the old Tom in here, but it doesn't have the honesty of earlier work. He's not describing anything real, just his version of a fantasy world. Nevertheless, I'm enjoying it, and I'll finish it.
