I love that Dudley expressed remorse and actually seemed to be worried about what would happen to Harry once they left. I wish they had kept this bit in the film (it is in the deleted scenes). I wonder if they kept in contact after?

"Yeah!" said James enthusiastically. "I don't mind sharing with Al - Teddy could have my room!" "No," said Harry firmly, "you and Al will share a room only when I want the house demolished." (I love how determined Harry is for his kids to have their own things, everything he didn't have)

Tom Riddle hit the floor with a mundane finality, his body feeble and shrunken, the white hands empty, the snake-like face vacant and unknowing. Voldemort was dead, killed by his own rebounding curse, and Harry stood with two wands in his hand, staring down at his enemy's shell.

Mrs Weasley threw off her cloak as she ran, freeing her arms. Bellatrix spun on the spit, roaring with laughter at the sight of her new challenger.
