This is book two(small books) in a 5 book series, honestly all 5 books could have been one fourth wing size book. This is the first series in “the dark world” and there are 3 more series after this in the same world. This is my second read of the series, during my first I accidentally read the second series first but they happen consecutively so I was lost😅
