Favorite scene- When Nina (the main character) looks at an old photograph of her great-great Grandma. "Nina couldn't stop looking at the sepia-toned photograph in an oak frame. Propped on the window ledge, I featured a portrait of Great-Great-Grandmother Rosita as a young woman" (1).
