Read "Selin That Has Grown in the Desert," by Alex Dally MacFarlane and "Granada's Library," by Rebecca Fraimow. The first had a strong voice and great setting, reminding me of the novel Words in the Dust but rushed the ending about her impending marriage; the second was super interesting in terms of plot and philosophy, and was shaping up to be a favorite, until the ending.

Finished "The Return of Cherie", which was more of an unconnected fragment than a short story, and "One Last Interruption before We Begin", which will be another of my favorites.
