While I applaud Ms. Harper for tackling this tough subject. I find myself disappointed. This story lacks the emotional depth and character development I fell in love with in her other books. I want to love this book so much, but it's barely keeping my attention.

It was a little shaky in the beginning. Better toward the end. And ridiculously sappy at the close. Overall I liked it, and am happy to have experienced it.
