oh my god I love when lesbians stab each other are you fucking kidding me

ok all thoughts and feelings aside I do feel I need to give a disclaimer that this book is not enemies to lovers but once again another hate to love book and I’m on my knees begging people to understand the difference (one is just emotions and the other requires external circumstances that place the characters in opposition to each other!!)

ok I have more to say about this latte thing because “almond latte, cream, no sugar” and “lavender latte with white chocolate and vanilla syrup”. first off we really paused this whole fantasy world and urgent mystery to discuss anachronistic coffee orders. but second of all… “almond” and “lavender” flavors are syrups! so what do u mean no sugar? what do u mean a lavender latte with vanilla syrup?

the fact that this wintery fantasy island where everyone seems to live very simple lives has lavender lattes is taking me OUT like we have had no sense of technology in this world but clearly they have espresso machines 😭

oh this is IMMEDIATELY giving the garden by the crane wives vibes and i’ve never been more excited for a song comp
