Looks like an interesting book, though just a quick initial scan through reveals that the illustrations, while very good, could use better title formatting - a few took a bit to figure out. Also, the definition of focused exam contained in this book is completely opposite from what I have seen used. In practice, the focused exam is done rather than a complete head to toe when faced with an isolated injury.
