Mr. Bennet’s character is frustrating . He is not bad, but quite careless. It’s also hard to believe that E & M’s grandparents wouldn’t intervene more after Olivia’s death. They seemed like a tight knit family, but only receive a very short visit from their uncle after O’s death.
