I get to read this to my mother's kindergarten class at their Valentine's party! :-) I leave in about two and a half hours for the event. This is one of my favorite Your First Adventures. Marcia Leonard is an underrated gamebook author, and Karen Lee Schmidt's drawings are charming beyond all reason.

I read this to Alice and Charlie today when they came to our house to watch the 2011 Disney movie Winnie the Pooh! :-) Little Rabbit's Baby Sister is a wise, sweet book worthy of the time we carved out for it in the library of our house today.

Out of six students, only Nathaniel was there today! So he got a solo reading of Little Rabbit's Baby Sister. He chose to take his sister with him to meet his friends. A good book, this is.
