Big fan of how creepy this is getting, very excited to read further.

...well, that escalated quickly. Caught onto the potential Act 2 into Act 3 plot point trope specific to this subgenre but had no idea it would trigger this quickly. I remain uncertain where the hell it'll go from here, and am appreciative of both the unique type of unreliable narration it's employing and a group of people who all think "Everyone else is nuts, thank God I'm the smart one."

Great start. Lots of interesting setup for character drama, and what little breadcrumbs we have as to how it could all go wrong make the comparative lack of horror information quite unsettling. Unsure how it's going to progress, which is always an exciting find for a horror fan.
