He is a lonely lil cozy funny man and the way he found her by her literary work is fitting too.
Again in the film their romance was so superficial and bland.

Daisy and Demy not being in the film is such a crime.

Book professor is so different from the film one.
He is not as gorgeous, he talks funny bc his English is not as good, he is little fat but very kind so people really love him.

Jo’s reaction to Amy and Laurie is so different from the film.
She accepted calmly, tho she realised that perhaps she only could have said yes when she was so lonely without her Beth.
