I don't know if I'm going to be able to finish this. I'm not a fan of Weber's writing. His similies are clunky and he tries to be descriptive but it's just not hitting the spot.

And then he DOESN'T DESCRIBE WHAT THAT MEANS. I, for one, would like to know what that means.
