Im way past page 170 but in this chapter Yolam talks about how people with a victim mindset need to give up the idea of wanting a better past. He used one of his patients as an example who cant move forward in life. This patient keeps blaming his mother for what she did so Yolan made him repeat "Mom I wont change until you treat my 8 y/o self better" whenever he blamed his mom for the things that are happening now

Elif His patient realised how dumb he sounded and started to work on himself. What did we learn from this chapter? People with a victim mindest don't want help they just want to complain. Stop blaming people and start to improve yourself
