School made me give up on this stupid book

Jesus fucking Christ this book is impossible. I don’t know if it’s the translation from French but it feels like I’m weeding through intentionally obscure word garbage and not getting anything of major substance or breakthrough.

I mean I’m only 12 pages in but it’s genuinely a nightmare. Lets see how far I make it :3
