I'm upset about one thing I came across on page 32: It says there is a poster of Swami Satchitananda (SatchiDananda) atop a surfboard riding a wave in Hawaii with the caption "you can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf". I have searched the Internet for this image with no luck. Is there such an image?!
