still in chapter 3, starting section: Venezuela, then Indonesia and if I get that far today, Nigeria, Liberia and Congo to finish the chapter

into Chapter 3: Strengthening Democracy - next up is the section on Palestine, then Venezuela, and Indonesia

finished chapter 2 with sections: Bosnia and Herzegovina, then Cuba. Now starting Chapter 3: Strengthening Democracy. first section is: Panama, then Nicaragua, then Guyana, then China, and Palestine.

in chapter 2 - midway insection: Haiti. next section is Sudan and Uganda.

in chapter 2 - Next up is section: Haiti (in the section for North Korea, Carter makes it clear that the nuclear resolutions he helped achieve were shattered by G.W. Bush and as a result they now have nuclear weapons.)
