A grumpy, old sea monster who recites poetry and an adorable, miniature dragon who sneezes fire…I’m hooked.

I started reading, but couldn’t finish this book. While I enjoyed the literary references and the beginning of the plot line, the unnecessary foul language and steamy scenes really cheapened the book for me. I couldn’t connect with any of the characters, and it became a bore to read. Not my cup of tea, I guess.
