I didn’t realize just how much the gods were involved

I feel like the interesting bits are not involving ivy. I want to know more about the fae and the other world. I feel like Ivy and Ren are carbon copies of the author’s other characters. It’s good like once but over and over again is getting a bit old. Either way this book was free to me so I’ll finish it.

Hades is kinda giving me Jace from TMI vibes

So clearly I’m on a hades and Persephone kick and picked up this one right after another retelling. This one the Greek gods are actually fae. And while that makes sense the execution of it feels a bit weird to me.

The smut…….

The story building is interesting. The writing meh. But the characters are so fun!
