The tension is starting to build even more, as well as the shapes (were the vacuum men simply in Eric's dream)? I always enjoy the gradual but steady build in which books are hard to put down.

I'm continuing to make slow but steady progress. Some very stark passages of aspects that weren't emphasized in high school history classes (I'm 50+) or in ca. 45 min. TV shorts, is that not every German in 1933 bowed to Hitler's will, especially citizen members of non-nationalist political parties. I understand more now how Hitler & SS first benefitted from SA tactics, then institutionalized terror/death with camps.
