Skipping around so that I’m not spoiling any movies for myself but the Jennifer’s body essay was pretty interesting. I expected more theory than personal anecdote but I do enjoy Carmen Maria Machado’s perspective and of course just generally her style of writing a lot.

One day you guys are going to open Goodreads and see that I finally finished this book. But that day is not today.
