I'm writing this at page 100. I have never done this before but I need to mention that the letters exhanged between Roman and Iris are heartbreaking. Iris describing how she felt about her brother going to war and other things that happen throughout the past 100 pages and how her emotions are poured onto a paper forming words is wonderful. Human emotions and complexity is making this book shine and I love it!
