You know those books where a plot twist happens and you’re like “omg I totally should’ve seen that coming”? This is not one of those books. I don’t think anyone can guess wtf is going on here.

Once again this is a book I’m reading on my breaks bc I’m on a book buying ban rn.

However, I wish I was not reading this in public at my job. The open communication around sex is great, I just feel weird reading it all in a book I’m not buying and while I’m at my job.

Did you really like English Class because you liked finding meaning, symbols and understanding in books while others complained about how arbitrary it all was? You’ll love this book.

I feel like you need to have done psychedelics (primarily acid) in order to understand/fully appreciate the writing style here

Kesey’s One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest, Sometimes a Great Notion, and Kerouac’s On The Road.

After this I need to start reading gay books again

I know I’m a theater kid but my god do we need to talk about this play for like 50 pages

I read this on my breaks

It did take 300 pages but we got back to the same level of anxiety inducing action and hope that the first book was laced with (worth it)
