Kate and Matt get close in the play. Kate and Anderson talk about rules

Amber finds out that Kyle has been fired after their night together. Amber finds him and they decide to leave together. After she then says it all to her mum, everything she’s ever wanted to say. They leave and she cries. She then emails everyone to say she’s okay

Amber and her mum set up for the dance and talk about how her parents meet. Amber meets Kyle at various times and places and they have a heart to heart and do more than kissing

Kate gets a big part in the musical, opposite Matt. During rehearsal they laugh a lot. Anderson declares his full love for Matt to Kate

Amber tells Kyle everything. She’s upset but agrees to goto LA with them. She goes back to the cabin and sleeps. Woken by Kyle at 4am, he surprises her with a trip, not to LA but to Yosemite!

Auditions and perhaps the wrong people auditioning.

Amber gets very drunk and starts making a scene at the bonfire. She’s about to say something to melody but gets rescued by whinnie and Kyle. She then violently throws up. A little flashback of when she was 14 and sick. Her mum undercooked chicken. After her hospital visit, her dad moved them out.

Amber enjoys kayaking. They have a fun time. She explains via email to her friends about Kyle and melody and her mum in detail. Then she gets lumbered into a silent dance and Kyle says he thinks more people may have a crush on her

Amber gets sorted into dumbledoors army but isn’t happy about the name. Amber argues with her mum and Kevin. She eventually gets the children to bed. Amber has a chat with her friends about feminism and the dark side of women. Amber learns to canoe!

Kate and Anderson try to get into drama, only Anderson was allowed. Kates annoyed about the secrecy that Anderson is keeping from drama class. A flashback to Eric being awful about Kate’s performance. Matt is invited to dinner with his mom.

Amber Skypes her friends. She then has to practice a performance for the opening night. They perform Monty python. The performance is a success!

Matt goes to their school! And they are shocked!

Kate meets the teachers of the camp and drinks with the very Americans while they ask her British questions. Until she falls over drunk

Amber arrives at camp with her mum. Annoyed at Kevin already. She asks why she wasn’t invited to the wedding then storms off

We meet Kate, the narrator and part of the theatre kids. She likes Matt. As does her best friend and Anderson.

Amber arrives in San Francisco and her mum meets her. It’s weird but Amber is positive they’ll get along again. Although her mum acts differently to before.

Amber is about to fly and see her mother in America after 2 years. Her father, remarried with a stepson isn’t helping. The stepmother and step brother are awful. The hangover isn’t helping either.

Svetlana is Lina’s grandmother!

Momoko spoke about how she wasn’t well but it wasn’t deadly either. But she told Takako not to tell her uncle. But shortly after momoko runs away again and Takako tells her uncle everything and says for him to go after her. He does.

Takako and momoko go on a hike to the peak of the mountain. Momoko says she’s sick. And later that evening Takako sees her scar. Momoko tells of why she left takakos uncle.

Takako and momoko go on this trip together to an inn in the mountains where momoko used to work.

They managed to escape from Svetlana and into the open. Finding a new group that are happy to help

Takako’s uncle asks why she’s going on that trip. Takako goes to the coffee shop to see Wada but he’s not happy and she feels miserable

Things got bad and Lina and Bogey needed to escape.

Takako keeps talking with momoko about her past, but momoko sees through it and knows Takako is doing it for her uncle. Momoko asks her to go on a trip together. Takako keeps visiting the coffee shop to see if Wada is there

Escaping proves difficult for them. Lina is worried her mum won’t be able to escape.
