I always struggle to get into the books of the series, but once I’m into it, I cannot stop. Lyra and Thatcher have high potential to be favs.

well, when does something happen?

the introduction is too long… we practically don’t have any interaction between the two characters. Almost half of the book read and nothing is happening. and it’s kind of sad because I see the potential because I really like the characters and the plot line beside their relationship is kinda good. But I need more.

It took a while for the story to get going, but we're starting to get to the heart of it. also, at first, i was scared because of the murder mystery tropes, usually it doesn't work for me, but here i feel like i will love it.

The way I'm experiencing this book is so confusing. It's an experience that is so different from my first one 3 years ago. I'm feeling emotions that I didn't experience the first time. Things that didn't touch me at the time are touching sensitive chords in my soul now. I'm completely overwhelmed by this reread
