Marley and Me: Life and Love With the World’s Worst Dog
Great but heartbreaking (no spoilers even though I'm only at the beginning). I just watched "Why I love Labs" and am about to pick up "Marty" again and read another little bit.

So far, incredibly good. I know I read this a long time ago. I don't know why it's rated a book for kids. It's not hard to read but the attention to detail immerses you in a world of nature, out in the country. Loving it.

Losing in Gainesville
Oy! I picked this book up yesterday and have regretted practically every minute ice spent reading it. I even put it down and read all the reviews to see what other readers thought. I guess because I live in G'ville and I understand the mentality of ennui these few pages don't exactly captivate me. But, everyone's comparing it to Ulysses which I also found a waste of time so I'm going to hang in there
