I read the title story and the last story On My Way to You, since they go together. The first is a series of letters from a man to his fiancée and the last is the letters from the woman to the man. They are traveling through space to meet on earth (in South Korea) to marry. It’s a beautiful story and the story behind the story is equally beautiful and heart-warming! The writing is excellent. 5 stars at this point.

I am loving this book! I don’t know why I bought it years ago and I didn’t have any expectations when I finally started reading it. It’s weird and totally engaging!

I’m doing a combination of reading and listening. It’s a very different western (a young Norwegian man is going from the west (California) to the east) and the writing is fabulous! I don’t normally like listening to audiobooks but this one is easy to follow and the narrator, Peter Berkrot, is very good!

Listening to the audiobook but have the physical book on hand. The writing is really good so far!

A cat who “is more virtuous than a priest.” I love this idea!

Finished House of Mist. I enjoyed the story. Magical realism plus a love story.

Finished Part I of House of Mist. I love it! Reads like a fairy tale.
