Mr.Davis still pulls his punches at laying low American over-weening sense of destiny & self-esteem.At every point of crisis,he seems to credit his fellow Americans with the moral high ground...but alludes to the dirty hands & blood-soaked rhetoric...& as an Englishman I beg to differ on some of his judgements.But a great read!
