Wow! This book is disturbing because it’s real. At this point I would recommend reading it if you have the courage to do so.

This is likely going to be a difficult book to read emotionally. Daniel was abducted by his manipulative father. He has now returned.

Colin Ellis is finished with Assassin's Fate (The Fitz and the Fool, #3)
This has been a very good trilogy that follows on from the Tawny Man Trilogy. It has been an emotional journey following the two main characters. The end is both sad and ok. Although it is good it is a story I doubt I would read again, as it feels like the story has finished.

When I started reading this book I started to wonder why. I had just finished Fourteen by Shannon Molloy. This book is fiction, but it is based on reality. Like Fourteen it is based in Australia, and the hardship being a young person realizing you are gay. This follows four young people between 16 and 19 years of age. I won't let you know the ending, but I do warn you there are stories of suicide.

Definitely recommend this book. Non-fiction. I am frankly amazed the author survived considering the horrific experiences as such a young age. Man LBGT youth do not survive this.
