9. Trucks: I can honestly say that I never would have imagines something like this. I didn' even understand what was happening till 2 pages in, then it became clear. This is why Stephen King is the master. 5/5

8. Battlegorund: A hitmn has a home invasion, but a very unusual one. Very cleverly written and exciting. 5/5

7. Grey Matter: Too much beer is bad for you. 3.5/5

6. The boogeyman: A sad story with a dangerous monster in a closet. 3.5/5

5. The Mangler: Who knew working at a laundromat was so dangerous? This story was simultaneously scary and funny. Keep your virgins away from the machines please.

4. I am the Doorway: a creepy tale about the dangers of space exploration. Is there any life out there? Let's hope not. 4.5/5

3. Night Surf: No rats this time, was afraid it was gonna be a theme. Would have been a bad one at that. This short story is in the universe of the stand, but aren't all Stephen King stories in the same universe? 3/5

2. Graveyard Shift: Another story about rats, only this one is actually about rats. How horrible they are. A bully gets his just desserts, but no good deed goes unpunished. 3.5/5

I think I'm gonna review this story by story.
1. Jerusalem's Lot: As far as I know, this story is the basis/prequel for King's Salem's Lot, which incidentally will be next on my list. It's a fascinating and macabre story told in the form of letters and journal entries, and a chilling ending. I already know a bit about this from reading the Dark Tower series. 4/5
