Starts slowly and takes a while to really get into it, but now I'm hooked

Grand Budapest Hotel and Only Murders in the Building vibes

Really fast paced, but no major plot twists so far. The police are solving th case with astonishing ease - perhaps this is just a build up to something. Wish it was easier to feel the Oslo vibe - my edition even has a map attached, but it's not very useful when there is hardly any world building in relation to the city and the surroundings.

Your typical lowercase cat is fascinating enough. Alternately elegant and ridiculous, liquid and solid, here and gone. But Cats, well, Cats are more. Slinkier and sassier, bigger and bendier, a concentration of Catness, a multiplicity of cats in a single body. A Cat is every cat, and no cat at all.
