"The plot has thickened," and light-hearted isn't the the tone anymore. Nora Roberts does know how to develop her stories.

This is a fun, easy, and quick read! The connection between real and fairy worlds has me curious and a potential romantic involvement has been added. This light-hearted, humorous side of Nora Roberts is new to me. I like it a lot.

I'm sitting on a small beach in Port Charlotte, FL. I started reading this book because I like Nora Roberts's work, because it is part of a trilogy, and because all three books are on the shelves at the house. So far, I really like this work a lot. It seems much different from other books I have read by this author. The character seem to have one foot in our world and the other in a place of magic and fairy tales.

The main characters and their budding romance might be taken directly from the pages of a high school diary. The only character who has not been predictable is the serial character and curiosity about his next blunder is the only reason I continue to turn pages. So sad. 😔

I might "get" all the interpersonal relationships if I hadn't started with the fifth book in the series ... just a thought.

The plot is fairly interesting even though the characters are predictable. Fortunately the actions of a serial killer lend degrees of suspense to what is currently a pretty shallow love story. 😔

I'm well into the plot and sub-plots and have happily found a range of well-developed characters; even the unidentified, very creepy guy lurking in bushes or behind trees is well-developed.

Interesting so far. The story has taken some time to "unwind" into a plot, but seems to be moving in a direction ...

Note: I picked this out of my sister's reading basket when I was stranded with nothing to read. I have enjoyed reading some of Nora Roberts's other works.

I'm still early in the relationship; Ana hasn't moved yet. Think 50 Shades except readers get inside Christian's head. I read the other three and saw the movie. So I was curious but not so curious now and not really inspired to finish it. There are too few days left before I return to my classroom and too many other books I want to read before I lose my "free"-reading time.

A fun, light-hearted read that is typical of Evanovich's style if maybe a bit more detailed (with historical accuracy).

Jojo Moyes knows how to tell a story! She may very well be on my list of favorite authors before I finish this one!

The character and the plot have pulled me in so I'm reading every moment I get!!
