Hmm.. I don’t know but I feel like Freida rushed on this one? There is one particular twist that I loved and that shocked me — it was well-executed. Other than that, everything was predictable. I still enjoyed it but not her best work.

So close to DNFing and honestly, I probably should have. I don’t think I’ve ever hated characters as much as I hated the ones in this book. Everything about it made me uncomfortable. I’m four months postpartum, and yes, I know I’m responsible for what I choose to read, but still… why does this book exist?
