Oh this books is already hard to read. I started in a comfortable position snuggled up in bed. I am now sitting upright, holding my breath at each word.

Oh dear... I know from reviews that the ending hits hard, but I am only on page 67 and it already is hitting, what is coming please? I am a bit anxious.

I think I am going to be sick 🤢 The telling of his torture is very graphic and detailed. Trigger Warning! Forced to sleep on top of corpses every night. Intestines being cut out and shown to the victim while conscious, laughing about what he ate before. Pressing on the bladder to force urination...

Mh... Not so sure about this one. It's a bit far fetched and unrealistic. There are so many things I am just rolling my eyes at... This is very plot driven, with no real plot or depth.

I love this, but I am also very nervous. First that what's going on, and the "why" will never be revealed, or second that the revelation is so ridiculous, that I will not like it and my enjoyment of reading this is extinguished.

Okay, I just clicked on this accidentally on my Kindle, as I wanted to open the book next to it. But then I read the first page, then the second, and now I cannot stop. It's nearly midnight, I did not want to really get swallowed up by another book today... Well...

This a book where I am constantly smiling to myself and having spontaneous giggle attacks - in public, loudly 😅

I just hope that this is not one of those books where you enjoy the hunt and are along for the ride but the resolution at the end is just something do ordinary or so weird and off-putting, that the joy of finding things out are destroyed in the end. But I still have hope.

A lot of shit happened, murderbot is angry and has locked itself in the bathroom and is sulking. I love this series.

This types of phrases make me giggle in the middle of the night and staying up way too late to read this.

Reading this again, because book 4 came out today and I am a sucker for rereads (and I always forget the character's names and am always slightly confused when picking sth. up nearly a year later)

I cannot count how often they have been attacked, ran away, been attacked, ran away... I catch myself skipping some of the attacking und running to get to the parts that are of more interest, something that keeps the plot going...

Its a very long book, but I still like it. Hope I don't grow tired of it.
