Highlight of the day was getting Peter James WANT YOU DEAD from Net Galley! Def gonna be one of the best crime releases of 2014.

The Queen of chick lit favourited my Tweet! (Sophie Kinsella ofc). Loving this blogging lark it's a good feeling when an author tweets/favourites/reads your reviews.

Looking to go to Belfast and Dublin for a week in May so gathering all the Irish crime fiction I can to read before then :-)

Someone on Twitter asking for guest reviewers for the books they can't be arsed to read. Why request them then? Oh that's right to make your Twitter cover photo look nice and brag about 'today's book post'. If book 'reviewers' spent less time on Twitter they may actually be able to write actual reviews not vague thoughts. Rant over.

Boring the tits off me this. Excited for a Liverpool set crime book too.

Gutted I couldn't see Kimberley and Mandasue in Liverpool but congrats to Kim on reaching #1. Maybe next time her publishers can send review copies to people who will read and review it before/on release as opposed to the reviewers and bloggers I have seen who still haven't read and reviewed it? Because they just horde books they get for free and spend too much time talking on Twitter about how they love reading. Hm.

Taking my time reading Payback and Respect. Both probably the best two books coming out this year so don't want to rush them and be left with nothing worth reading...
