25 cents at Goodwill— couldn’t pass it up since I’ve always wanted to read it and never got to it. So far, I can’t believe how wise, articulate, and witty she is for 13.

I’m only on chapter 3 and I feel like my IQ is dropping with each sentence I read. So. Moving on to something with a little more depth. Overall rating 🤮🤮🤮 for utter shallowness.

This book is a great supplement to the Bible as it reveals the cultural, political, and social nuances that surrounded Jesus death during this time. It reads almost like a nonfictional historical novel with the amount of detail and interesting insight.

My grandma gave me this book to borrow, so I'm trusting her judgment!
