The book has been a good practical guide for understanding people who tries to manipulate other by Emotional blackmail. Also, it is recommendable not to judge people at first instance but to give them the benefit of the doubt when they behave hostile ny using emotional blackmail. By doing this, we can try to understand their emotional situation and when led them for using emotional blackmail.
